I am reading North and South by Elizabeth Gaskell currently. It is slow

Last book I read was the first Aftermath book. It was okay. Very slow start. It was definitely better than the last SW book I read--the one about Quinlan Vos and Ventress. I am a huge fan of SW Clone Wars, but that book was terrible. I think I may give the other Aftermath books a try when I get some free time.

Started The Silmarillion while on vacation, but couldn't get into it. Switched over to the Casual Vacancy, and I couldn't get into that either.

I just read a book about cultural racism by Alice Goffman. It was also slow.

I just got done reading Slaughter House Five. Super weird but brilliant all the same
